Are you an organised and proactive administrator available for an immediate start? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary Administrator to support a busy operations team for a 16-week assignment starting 18th August. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position offering varied work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Attend and minute meetings, updating and maintaining action trackers Organise and facilitate meetings as required, including room bookings and agenda preparation Monitor and manage the shared ‘Operations’ inbox, handling complex customer queries, complaints, and communications with elected members, senior managers, and the general public Support the Operations Support Officer with day-to-day management of sports pitch bookings, including using specialist software to manage cancellations and new bookings Order PPE through approved suppliers, maintain monthly payment analysis and support sample testing processes Assist managers with booking and allocating staff for internal and external training courses Perform general administrative tasks to support the wider operations teamWhat We’re Looking For: Strong administrative skills with experience in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Ability to manage sensitive or high-level queries professionally Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn internal systems quickly Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasksHow to Apply: If you\’re immediately available and have the administrative experience to hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you.
