Responsibilities- As pensions subject matter expert, DB & DC, work with senior leaders and trustees to ensure a compliant, sustainable and engaging pensions offering
- Advise and influence senior stakeholders and trustees
- Oversee governance, risk and regulatory compliance
- Drive simplification and improvement of pensions processes and experience
- Manage relationships with external advisers and administrators
