About the role

  • Work closely with the trustees and company, support development and delivery of Pensions strategy for their large DB and DC plans.
  • As Secretary to the Trustee, drive forward a robust governance framework, with a keen focus on developing legislative requirements.
  • Drive pensions communications strategy, work closely with third party administration in ongoing development of member experience.
  • Support and develop more junior staff.

About you

  • You will have gained extensive experience in DB and DC pension fund management either in consultancy or in-house.
  • With up-to-date Pensions technical knowledge, you will be skilled in delivering Trustee Secretarial responsibilities.
  • Draw on excellent relationship management skills liaising across the business and with external advisors and third party administrators.
