We’re looking for a Pensions Risk & Governance Senior Manager to lead risk oversight and governance for one of the UK’s largest occupational pension schemes. This is a high-impact role offering hybrid working from Glasgow (3 days in-office per week) and the chance to drive governance at the highest level.
About the Role
As a senior member of the in-house pensions team, you’ll drive the development and implementation of a robust risk framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as the Pensions Regulator’s General Code and Own Risk Assessment. You’ll advise trustees and executives, manage emerging risks—including cyber and data protection—and lead strategic initiatives to strengthen governance and resilience. This role combines strategic leadership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, giving you exposure to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to deliver governance excellence in a complex, evolving environment.
