Pensions Transformation Officer
An excellent opportunity for a pensions professional with project and change experience to join a growing transformation function.
You'll play a key role in supporting business change initiatives, helping to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency and deliver positive outcomes across a complex pensions environment.
About the role
- Support the delivery of pensions transformation projects and business change initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyse and implement process improvements across pensions operations
- Produce and maintain project documentation, dashboards, management information and progress reports
- Monitor project milestones, KPIs and benefits realisation, ensuring risks and issues are effectively managed
- Support testing, implementation and change management activities to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new processes

About you
- Experience working within the pensions industry, ideally in pensions administration, projects, change, transformation or operational improvement
- Good understanding of pensions legislation, regulatory requirements and industry best practice
- Experience supporting business change, project delivery or continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make recommendations
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across all levels and building strong collaborative relationships
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience producing reports and management information
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive positive change
