Creative Content Producer

Our client, a dynamic and innovative organisation, is seeking a highly creative and motivated Creative Content Producer to join their design department. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong skills in filmography, digital media, and design to contribute to a wide range of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring passion, creativity, and technical expertise to every project, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and collaborate with brand, marketing, sales, product and design teams to produce engaging filmic and digital content.
  • Stay up to date with cultural and industry trends, preparing visual mood boards to help influence campaign direction.
  • Attend and contribute to brainstorm sessions, aiding in the development of creative ideas.
  • Plan and storyboard filmic content ahead of production.
  • Capture and edit filmic content in both studio and on-location settings.
  • Capture and edit high-quality audio, including the integration of library music tracks to create compelling soundscapes.
  • Produce motion graphics and animations to reinforce campaign messages or lead visual narratives.
  • Generate and post-edit photographic images for use in digital and print media.
  • Create graphics and layout designs for editorial and web use.
  • Contribute to storyboarding and layout design for digital platforms.

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements

  • An online digital portfolio of creative work.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience in motion graphics and computer-generated animation is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of videographic and photographic capture, including both theory and execution.
  • Practical experience working with Mac computers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, responding positively to creative direction.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showing excellent organisational and solution-oriented skills.
  • Experience designing for web (UX/UI focus) would be advantageous.
  • Additional skills (desirable but not essential): HTML/JS/CSS, animation, and video editing.
  • A full driving licence would be an advantage for occasional on-location work.
