Sammon is a Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management practice operating across the UK and Ireland. We are expanding our team in Derry and are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join us.
About SAMMON
We provide Cost Management, Project Management, Due Diligence, and Construction Advisory services to major developers, financial institutions and public bodies. From landmark residential developments to complex healthcare, education and mixed‑use projects we deliver with purpose and pride.
About the Role
- Acting as Quantity Surveyor on healthcare, residential, and education projects.
- Providing Bank Monitoring services on commercial and residential schemes.
- Leading cost and programme control across projects valued in excess of €100m nationwide.

What You’ll Bring
