About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Derry team. You will play a key role in managing and delivering high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including:
- Acting as Quantity Surveyor on healthcare, residential, and education projects.
- Providing Bank Monitoring services on commercial and residential schemes.
- Leading cost and programme control across projects valued in excess of €100m nationwide.
This is a hands-on role, with real client exposure, career growth, and the opportunity to make your mark in a progressive and supportive environment.
What You’ll Bring:
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics.
- 5+ years relevant experience within a consultancy, developer, or client-side role.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a sharp commercial focus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A proactive, ambitious mindset - someone who thrives on responsibility and growth.
