Sambazon is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily store operations for açaí-focused cuisine, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will recruit, train, and manage a team, uphold food safety, and ensure sales and compliance goals are met.
You will supervise 3–7 Shift Supervisors and 12–25 staff, balance labor with cost controls, and partner with marketing to grow local brand presence while delivering an energetic guest experience.
