SambaNova Systems is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide enterprise customers from onboarding through full-scale AI deployment of SambaNova Suite. You will own the post-sales relationship and drive measurable value from our enterprise-grade platform, aligning customer outcomes with adoption goals and ROI.
You will coordinate with Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure smooth deployments, monitor adoption metrics, and identify expansion opportunities.
