Samba is a media intelligence company. We know what the world is watching, reading, and thinking about — in real time, at scale, across every screen. Our data exists with the consent of over a billion people, organized into the most complete picture of consumer attention ever built. The biggest brands in the world use that picture to make smarter decisions. We think it’s the most interesting data asset on the planet, because it’s the most culturally relevant.

What You'll Do

  • Own the European P&L — set targets, forecast with precision, and consistently deliver against ambitious revenue goals.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing European revenue organization across sales, account management, and partnerships — recruiting and retaining top commercial talent.
  • Drive new logo acquisition across brand advertisers, agencies, broadcasters, and platform partners across Europe.
  • Expand existing accounts by deepening relationships and growing adoption across Samba's full suite: programmatic media, measurement, data licensing, and outcomes.
  • Define and execute the European go-to-market strategy including pricing, packaging, channel approach, and partner ecosystem development.
  • Serve as Samba's executive presence in Europe — representing the company at industry events, with senior clients, and with key advertising and media bodies.
  • Partner with global Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to adapt Samba's strategy for regional market dynamics.
  • Provide market intelligence back to HQ to inform product roadmap, Samba Knowledge Graph development, and European expansion priorities.
  • Implement rigorous sales process, CRM discipline, and pipeline hygiene across the region.

Who You Are

  • 12+ years of commercial experience, with 5+ years leading revenue teams across European markets.
  • Deep domain expertise in digital advertising, TV/streaming, media measurement, or data and analytics.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling revenue organizations from the ground up — hiring, developing, and driving teams to quota attainment.
  • A natural executive — equally comfortable pitching a CMO, closing a major partnership, or presenting to the board.
  • Commercially minded and operationally rigorous: you build process, run the business on data, and hold teams accountable without micromanaging.
  • Experienced selling complex, consultative solutions to senior marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies.
  • Existing relationships across major agency holding groups (WPP, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu), brand advertisers, platforms and publishers across Europe.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and action-oriented — you create clarity in ambiguous situations and move quickly to deliver results.
