Samba is an AI-powered media intelligence company on a mission to give marketers the complete picture of their audiences. Our AI indexes media consumption across millions of smart TVs and 2.5 billion web pages, combining that data with third-party signals through the Samba Knowledge Graph, a map of the real interests, behaviors, and purchase intent of 1.5 billion user profiles globally. Brands, agencies, publishers, and platforms use Samba to make smarter decisions across every stage of the marketing funnel.

We are looking for a driven and commercially curious Associate Account Executive to join our growing EMEA sales team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their sales career — ideally with a grounding in media agency life — who is ready to take the next step into a commercial role, selling Samba TV's data-driven advertising and measurement solutions to some of the world's leading agencies.

What You'll Do
  • Build and develop relationships across media agencies — from planning and buying teams through to investment and leadership — becoming a trusted and credible partner for Samba TV's advertising and analytics solutions.
  • Support and progressively own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitch, negotiation, and close across a defined agency patch or vertical within EMEA.
  • Work closely with senior AEs and sales leadership to develop compelling proposals and responses to briefs, clearly articulating Samba TV's unique value proposition across TV, digital, and cross-platform.
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through research, warm introductions, and active participation in industry events and the London media community.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless campaign delivery and a strong client experience post-sale.
  • Bring a deep understanding of the agency landscape — how agencies are structured, how they plan and buy media, and where Samba TV's data and measurement capabilities create the most value.
  • Contribute to Samba TV's profile in the London market by building your own network and reputation as a knowledgeable, reliable, and energetic presence in the industry.
Who You Are
  • 2-3 years of experience in a media agency, ad tech, or digital media environment — you understand how agencies work and have built relationships across planning, buying, or investment teams.
  • Commercially minded with a genuine ambition to succeed in sales— you're motivated by results, take initiative, and are eager to develop your own patch.
  • A confident communicator who can hold a room, build rapport quickly, and translate complex data and measurement and tech into clear, value-driven narratives for agency audiences.
  • Curious and quick to learn — you want to understand the product deeply and stay close to what's happening in the TV and programmatic landscape.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who contributes positively to the culture and is excited to learn from those around them.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
