The Programmatic Trader role is an exciting opportunity to expand yourskillset at the cutting edge of the programmatic advertising landscape. Inthis position, you will manage campaigns while providing world-classsupport to our programmatic clients, working cross-functionally withinternal teams to maximise the impact and value of our offerings. We movefast, and the ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a dynamicenvironment and is eager to tackle new challenges. Responsibilities Partner with Sales throughout the full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns(planning and strategy, activation and troubleshooting, consultation andupselling/renewal) Analyse internal and client reports to deliver tailored performancerecommendations based on platform preferences, budgets, and KPIs Manage campaigns end-to-endβfrom set-up (tags, DSP configuration, QA)through to optimisation and delivery. While meeting or exceedingperformance benchmarks Develop expertise in our products, proprietary tools, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs Identify inefficiencies and contribute to the development of best practicesthat enhance operational processes Support onboarding of new publisher integrations, ensuring proper datapassback, traffic quality, and scalable supply Collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, data, finance, andsales operations teams Create training materials and documentation for internal and externalstakeholders Manage and improve monthly revenue reconciliation workflows Train and mentor Associate Programmatic Consultants Requirements 3+ years of experience in digital operations (e.g. ad ops, data ops, technicalaccount management, or programmatic consulting/trading) 1+ years of experience training or mentoring within a digital operationsteam Hands-on DSP experience required (e.g. The Trade Desk, DV360, AmazonDSP, StackAdapt, Xandr Invest, Yahoo!, Amobee, etc.) DMP experience required (e.g. LiveRamp, Lotame, Adform, Semasio etc.) SSP experience required (e.g. Xandr Curate, PubMatic, Freewheel, SpotX,Magnite, etc.) Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday, Asana, Trello,etc.) Salesforce experience is preferred Strong Excel skills Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly invideo and CTV Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and technically complexenvironment A problem solver with excellent project and time management capabilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Semasio is preferred Samba TV is an equal opportunity employer.
