We are committed to developing our stylist of the future.
Our apprentices receive the very best training whilst supporting our stylists, ensuring the salon runs smoothly and delivering excellent customer services to our customers.
This is a full time position and you will receive outstanding training from our senior team and Samantha both whilst on the job and also at a dedicated apprentice training session every week at Partners 4 Training.
There is no experience necessary.
You must be enthusiastic, hard working and a great team player, have a passion for hairdressing.
Earn a salary while you learn, we are committed to getting you qualified and we mostly keep all apprentices on to become our stylists and further your career.
When I established Samantha Elizabeth Hair Salon it was with the aim to provide Haywards Heath and the surrounding area with the very best in hairdressing.
Its important to me that our clients can enjoy a friendly, relaxing and welcoming environment in which they feel comfortable.
In my experience you only have happy staff, who enjoy what they do, like where they work and are inspired to do the best for each and every client.
Which is why, alongside making sure my staff are kept up to date with the latest technical and skills training, developing their talents, I respect their need to be creative and give them room to grow.
My team aims high and wants to see the salon succeed and expand.
Its somewhere where my staff and I want to work.
I am still very hands on in the salon, with clients I have had for years, I aim to give more than is expected to each client who walks through the door.
I am also a firm believer in the apprenticeship scheme, bringing in young professionals and developing them for the future of hairdressing.
