We’re looking for a UGC Manager for the UK to build and scale our creator ecosystem and turn great creator relationships into high-performing content.
What you’ll own:
- Source, onboard, and manage UGC creators across the UK
- Build strong, long-term creator relationships
- Brief creators on hooks, angles, trends, and content direction
- Review content and give clear, actionable feedback
- Keep campaigns moving and ensure fast, high-quality delivery
- Work closely with our creative & growth teams
- Build scalable processes for creator management
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience with UGC creators, influencers, or short-form content
- Are highly proactive, structured, and organized
- Have a strong creative + performance mindset
- Communicate confidently and aren’t afraid to push for better output
- Can manage multiple creators and campaigns at once
- Speak fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
