We are seeking an experienced CNC Saw Drill / Milling Operator to set, operate, and program CNC machinery to produce high-quality components to tight tolerances. Working across a range of 3, 4, and 5-axis machines, you will ensure efficiency, accuracy, and strict adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation & Setting: Set and operate CNC milling and saw drill machinery, including equipment with Heidenhain controls.
- CAM Programming: Create and edit programs using Fusion 360 (or similar CAD/CAM software) for 3, 4, and 5-axis machines.
- Technical Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise component output.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain tight tolerances and perform quality checks to ensure all work strictly complies with ISO9001 standards.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller or Saw Drill Operator.
