We are seeking an experienced CNC Saw Drill / Milling Operator to set, operate, and program CNC machinery to produce high-quality components to tight tolerances. Working across a range of 3, 4, and 5-axis machines, you will ensure efficiency, accuracy, and strict adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation & Setting: Set and operate CNC milling and saw drill machinery, including equipment with Heidenhain controls.
  • CAM Programming: Create and edit programs using Fusion 360 (or similar CAD/CAM software) for 3, 4, and 5-axis machines.
  • Technical Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise component output.
  • Quality & Compliance: Maintain tight tolerances and perform quality checks to ensure all work strictly complies with ISO9001 standards.
  • Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller or Saw Drill Operator.
  • Strong proficiency with Heidenhain controls.
  • Solid working knowledge of Fusion 360 or equivalent CAD/CAM programming tools.
  • Familiarity working within ISO9001 quality management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and personal transport (essential due to facility location).
