Role Overview: As a Restaurant or Assistant Manager at Sam’s, you’ll be a key part of the day‑to‑day leadership team—supporting smooth service, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive hospitality. You’ll oversee shifts with confidence, help manage bookings and floor plans, and work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep everything running like clockwork. This role is ideal for someone who’s organised, people‑focused, and ready to take the next step in a hospitality leadership career.

Pay: Pay consists of house salary + an average of tronc.
