What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of account management experience, ideally within a creative, production, or agency environment. You’ll be responsible for managing relationships with a wide range of clients, supporting them across multiple projects at any one time, and ensuring each project is delivered smoothly from brief to final output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
    • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Hold regular check-ins, calls, and meetings to discuss progress, gather feedback, and explore upcoming opportunities.
    • Organise client meetings, calls, and presentations.
    • Maintain accurate records of all communications, contracts, and project details.
    • Document meeting notes, agreed actions, and follow-ups to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or promote additional services that support client goals.
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Set up all new projects in Monday.com, ensuring details, notes, documents, and booking confirmations are organised correctly.
    • Send onboarding documents, agreements, and key information to clients at the start of each project.
    • Take detailed client briefs and translate them into clear internal project briefs and plans.
    • Write project brief documents outlining objectives, expectations, and deliverables.
    • Brief pre-production and videography teams to ensure clarity on client goals.
    • Collaborate with producers and creative teams to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
    • Proactively manage project schedules and adjust as needed to remain on track.
    • Book and manage all travel arrangements for shoots.
    • Send pre- and post-filming emails, including stills from initial footage where appropriate.
  • Project Delivery and Execution
    • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are regularly updated.
    • Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, including revisions, approvals, and feedback rounds.
    • Ensure all content meets client expectations in terms of quality, accuracy, and creative direction.
    • Act as a final quality control checkpoint before any content is delivered.
  • Problem Solving and Issue Management
    • Anticipate potential issues and resolve them in a timely, professional manner.
    • Mediating between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and practical, effective solutions.
  • Finance and Administration
    • Track and manage client invoicing, including issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
    • Ensure all necessary sign-offs are secured at key stages of the project.
  • Creative and Strategic Input
    • Contribute to internal creative ideation sessions with insights from client objectives and broader market trends.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams to ensure creative output remains aligned with the client’s vision.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in account management within a creative, media, agency, or production setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple internal teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com experience is a bonus).
  • Full UK driving licence (due to location and on-site work).
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
