Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role within an established group, covering learning and development for both business services and fee earners. Working closing with the Head of HR and global counterparts, duties include:
- Providing strategic direction training programmes and continuous improvement
- Manage development and delivery of programmes across the firm’s offices globally
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to identify training needs
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Managing sessions and workshops
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Leading projects
Job Requirements
You will have strong experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes within a professional services environment. Experience within an international organisation would be an asset. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the demonstrated ability to build relationships are essential.
