About the Role
Working closely alongside a Senior HR Manager as part of the wider HR team, this is a full generalist role offering broad generalist support. Responsibilities include:
- Performance management and coaching line managers
- Managing employee relations
- Business partnering with key stakeholders including Partners
- Advise on policies and procedures
- Manage probation reviews
- Lead on projects such as wellbeing
- Mentoring juniors in the team
- Overseeing new joiners/exit interviews and recruitment
- HR reporting and providing analytics
Job Requirements
You will have previous HR experience at advisory level and have worked in the legal sector. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a growing team, with possibility to fast track to HR Manager level. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
