A leading international law firm with and a fantastic culture are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

Working closely alongside a Senior HR Manager as part of the wider HR team, this is a full generalist role offering broad generalist support. Responsibilities include:

  • Performance management and coaching line managers
  • Managing employee relations
  • Business partnering with key stakeholders including Partners
  • Advise on policies and procedures
  • Manage probation reviews
  • Lead on projects such as wellbeing
  • Mentoring juniors in the team
  • Overseeing new joiners/exit interviews and recruitment
  • HR reporting and providing analytics

Job Requirements

You will have previous HR experience at advisory level and have worked in the legal sector. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a growing team, with possibility to fast track to HR Manager level. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
