A leading firm with international reach and a fantastic culture are seeking a Senior Early Careers Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a 12 month contract basis.

Working within the larger HR team, this role works across early careers matters including attraction and recruitment and will also include interesting project work.

Duties include:

  • Managing attraction and selection strategies
  • Planning, logistics and coordination of campus events
  • Manage full graduate recruitment lifecycle including screening, interviewing and assessment centres
  • Act as first point of contact, liaising with fee earners and Partners
  • Manage relationships with universities and external partners
  • Collaborate with wider team on EDI projects

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in graduate recruitment, ideally within a law firm or wider professional services and have excellent relationship building skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential.
