Working closely with partners and HRBPs, the role will take the lead and focus on end to end resource management across a specific fee earning client group. Responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships with key Partners and stakeholders
- Monitor activity levels, pipelining and process improvements
- Change management with respect to the introduction and embedding of resource management within the group
- Advise on associate development
- Promote best practice methods
- Manage metrics and reporting to senior stakeholders
