A leading international law firm with a strong reputation are looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis.

This is a broad role within the team and will take the lead and focus on end to end recruitment across a variety of business services and fee-earning roles within the UK offices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with key hiring managers regarding resourcing needs
  • Implementing attraction strategies for direct candidates
  • Advising on job and candidate specifications and process improvements
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders on recruitment needs and business cases for hires
  • Supporting with Partner recruitment
  • Liaising with agencies and managing relationships
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Managing metrics and reporting

Job Requirements

You will have previous end to end recruitment in an in-house environment, developed in legal or professional services. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and interviewing skills and the demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with senior stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for an experienced co-ordinator to take a step up.
