About the Role Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will take the lead and focus on end-to-end recruitment and resource management across a number of fee earning groups, with a focus on partners. Responsibilities include: Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders and key external clients Manging end to end recruitment for consultants, including the onboarding process Advising on resourcing including monitoring activity levels, pipelining and process improvements Measure and monitor business goals Promote best practice including championing direct sourcing methods Work closely with HR to partner on resourcing needs Job Requirements You will be educated to a degree level and have previous recruitment experience in an agency or professional services environment, and excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills.
