Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will take the lead on end-to-end recruitment coordination for partner level hires globally. Responsibilities include:
- Interview coordination and taking feedback
- Coordinating onboarding both locally and internationally
- Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders and key external agencies
- Acting as first point of contact with senior candidates
- Keeping systems up to date
- Market mapping
- Process invoices
- Collate data to analyse for diversity, equality and inclusion
You will be educated to a degree level and have previous recruitment experience in an agency or professional services environment, and excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills.
