A leading law firm with a strong reputation and supportive culture are looking for a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis.

Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will take the lead and focus on end-to-end recruitment and resource management across a number of fee earning groups, with a focus on partners. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders and key external clients
  • Managing end to end recruitment for consultants, including the onboarding process
  • Advising on resourcing including monitoring activity levels, pipelining and process improvements
  • Measure and monitor business goals
  • Promote best practice including championing direct sourcing methods
  • Work closely with HR to partner on resourcing needs

You will be educated to a degree level and have previous recruitment experience in an agency or professional services environment, and excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills. This role will suit a self-starter with a proven ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong commercial awareness and have a strategic mindset.
