Our client is a niche management consultancy, looking to hire a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. You will be joining a collegial team and will support across the full range of HR generalist matters.
About the Role
This role works as part of a tightly-knit team and work across the full range of generalist matters. This includes:
- Managing HR inboxes and acting as first point of contact for clients
- Advising across employee lifecycle matters including onboarding/offboarding, parental leave matters, absence management, and benefits matters
- Supporting with recruitment matters including managing external agencies
- Maintaining the HR database reporting
- Assisting with reviews of policies and procedures
- Support with projects

You will be educated to degree level and have a demonstrated interest in a career in HR and prior admin experience. You will be a highly organised self-starter with strong attention to detail.
