About the Company

An award winning law firm are looking to hire a HR Project Specialist to work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver on projects end to end.

About the Role

The role will entail:

  • Design and implement new HR processes and system improvements
  • Create and manage projects end to end, including timelines, change and testing
  • Review and analyse data in line with the business needs
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders
  • Manage budgets
  • Change management
  • Maintain and develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders
  • Act as subject matter expert

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience of project management end to end and demonstrable business process improvements. A Prince2 qualification or similar is highly desirable and experience of working internationally in a law firm or professional services.
