A leading law firm with an international reach and a fantastic culture are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

Working with senior stakeholders across the business as part of the wider HR team, this is a full generalist role that will include interesting project work. Responsibilities include:

  • Performance management and coaching line managers
  • Managing employee relations (sickness/absence)
  • Supporting on resourcing and development matters
  • Manage probation reviews
  • Overseeing new joiners/exit interviews
  • Advising on salary review process
  • Supporting on diversity and wellbeing matters

You will have previous HR experience at advisory level and have worked in the private sector, preferably professional services, and CIPD qualified. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop in a broad generalist role within a well-established and collegial team.
