A leading professional services firm is seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor on a fixed term contract basis.
This is a broad role offering scope to manage an array of projects as well as lead on strategies. Duties include:
- Run diversity and inclusion programmes
- Act as a subject matter expert
- Run the wellbeing agenda
- Support and oversee internal networks
- Managing relationships with internal/external stakeholders including Partners
- Manage benchmarking and awards submissions
- Advise on processes and procedures
You will have previous experience of working in a diversity and inclusion role and have expertise in wellbeing, preferably from working in a law firm or professional services. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and being able to multitask is essential.
