Your responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for Field & Operations team.
  • Monitor communication from clients on new and prospective projects, keeping track of project feasibility and logistics.
  • Set up and maintain projects on our internal Project Management System. Enter project costs, supplier details, etc., and ensure the project WIP is always recorded accurately.
  • Create a digital folder for each project, filing all relevant documents and communication within.
  • Request and record POs and provide support with invoice generation.
  • Maintain and update a list of active projects, tracking their life cycles using our internal tools.
  • Complete Project Control Documents and schedule project handover meetings for the Field & Ops team.
  • Assist with general administration and project support within SAM as required.

Your profile:

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational ability, with good time management.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, and a strong team player.
