Responsibilities
Job Description
- Assisting in the management of a wide range of food, drink and personal care product tests with consumers
- Writing screeners, questionnaires, and preparing the paperwork and materials required to run a consumer test
- Programming of screeners & pre‑screeners in Red Jade (you will be taught)
- Managing the sourcing of product samples
- Tracking and monitoring fieldwork progress
- Interpreting the findings from consumer tests and helping to prepare the report
- Close collaboration with our fieldwork team and other members of our consumer research, sensory and data analysis teams
- Build and maintain good client relationships and provide them with meaningful insights
Qualifications
Skills
- A bachelor’s degree possibly in a related subject area (we have great researchers with degrees in anything from Fine Arts to Economics & Geography)
- A natural curiosity for exploring what makes consumers like a product and why some consumers have totally different preferences.
- Some experience in market research or sensory research
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Rigorous, responsive and proactive
- Strong organisational and planning skills, that ensure work is effectively prioritised to meet deadlines
