As the Site Supervisor, you'll be the company's eyes, ears and friendly face on site, working closely with installation teams, subcontractors and customers to make sure work is carried out safely and to the right standards. You'll be: * Visiting sites before work begins, carrying out surveys and checking everything is ready for installation. * Working with installation teams and subcontractors to ensure safe working practices and quality standards are maintained. * Checking PPE, site safety procedures and required documentation. * Making sure accurate records and photographs are completed throughout each installation. * Identifying potential problems, finding practical solutions and escalating issues when needed. * Carrying out post-installation checks and audits, ensuring any outstanding actions are followed through. * Building positive relationships with installers, customers and colleagues. What kind of person are we looking for? Someone who knows their way around a construction site, enjoys working with people and has the confidence to take ownership. Our ideal Site Supervisor will bring: * Previous experience in construction, on site or within a trade. * A valid CSCS card – essential. * A full UK driving licence – essential. * A good practical understanding of site Health & Safety. * The confidence to communicate with tradespeople, subcontractors and customers, including challenging unsafe practices. * Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to use mobile apps for site records. * A positive attitude, a good work ethic and plenty of common sense. An SSSTS qualification or CISRS scaffold inspection card would be useful, but neither is essential. The business is happy to support the right person in developing their qualifications. It's your personality, reliability and willingness to learn that will make the difference. Why consider this opportunity? Because this is a chance to take your practical site experience and do something more with it. As a Site Supervisor, you'll be trusted to represent the business, build relationships and help ensure installations are completed safely and properly. For someone who's ready to step up, there's plenty of opportunity to learn, develop and make the role your own. Interested?
