Due to our success and continuous growth within the business, we are looking for an experienced, strong and enthusiastic case progressor who is not shy of a challenge, has a strong can-do attitude and is happy to help our clients with their conveyancing journey. To be able to help progress their transaction, get the answers they need and push for updates with their solicitors. We want to make our client's journey as stress-free as possible and to help guide them through the process.
We help clients move home, so this role is for a service-oriented applicant who can empathise and proactively support our clients after the sales team has had their first call. 5 out of 5 is our benchmark; it was when we started, and it will always be. Remuneration
- Salary: £28,000 per annum (full time 8.30 am to 5:00 pm)
Perks
- Statutory pension.
- 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) and 1 extra day each year of working for the company.
- 2 'duvet days' per year.

- £100 commission per month if targets reached.

Hours
- Full-time - Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch.
Responsibilities
- Engaging and supporting clients throughout their journey.
- Taking properties through to completion as quickly as possible.
- Providing updates on client files.
- Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process.
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors and estate agents.
- Meeting the needs and expectations of customers.
- Data management of client files.
Experience
- Conveyancing background, ideally an ex-estate agent, conveyancing solicitor experience.
Skills
- Strong communication skills when talking to clients and professionals.
- Confident and articulate when talking on the phone.
- Written communication skills, including grammar and structure for emails.
- Positive, fix-any-problem attitude, with a smile.
- Thrives in a high-pressure environment.
