Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Barber, located on-site in Birmingham. The Barber will be responsible for performing a range of hair grooming techniques, including cutting, trimming, styling, fading, beard work and shaving. The Barber will also provide consultations to clients regarding hair care, recommend products, maintain hygiene and cleanliness of equipment, and ensure a pleasant customer experience. Duties also include staying updated on the latest trends in men’s grooming and upholding established safety standards within the salon/barber shop.
Qualifications
- Barbering, Hair Cutting, and Hair Styling skills
- Knowledge and expertise in Cosmetology and Hair Care
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends
- Desirable: valid barbering license or certification
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable
