What started at his kitchen table soon became Britain’s first fine Italian food importing business. Rooted in family values and a deep love for good food, Salvo has grown from a local supplier into a nationwide operation with four depots and a tech‑enabled platform serving restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, and delis across the UK.
