YJMO/3dc3 P/T Personal Assistant needed in Haxby York
This post is to support a happy and engaging young lady of 20 who needs some support with daily activities such as shopping, cooking and help with planning her days. She likes to keep busy, but needs some support in researching activities to do and help to develop confidence in decision making. She enjoys reading, writing stories, listening to music, going to the cinema and eating out. Her main passion is Formula 1, about which she is very knowledgeable. She is a very sociable young lady, but in order to achieve her potential, she needs some support in travelling to social activities and employment, appointments and volunteering.
Provide support in the home and in the community for up to 10 hrs a week, days and times by mutual agreement.
Promote independence, support to develop ideas for activities.
Encouragement and support to plan a weekly schedule.
Assist with shopping and meal preparation.
Support to travel to activities, volunteering, placements, or work as required.
£27,795.00 - Rest of England £30,906.00 - London
