Overview
Casual worker required Β£18.01 per hour for various shifts including days, nights, weekends and weekdays to support a gentleman with healthcare and support needs living in his own home.

Flexibility is required to cover annual leave and sickness and also when there is a change to the young manβs health needs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Caring for a young adult with complex health needs.
- You will assist in daily personal care needs for the young adult and administer medication.
- You may be required to assist on medical appointments and assist in daily activities and outings.
- You may also be required to assist while the young adult goes on holidays β up to date passport may be required.
Experience and Training
- Experience in the following preferable but not essential: epilepsy, gastro feeding, medication administration, oral suction, NIV BiPAP ventilation.
- Experience is preferred but not essential as full in-house training will be given for the ideal candidate.
- Annual training from health professionals specific to the young adultβs medical needs is provided to all care staff.
- Online E-Learning courses are available paid for by employer.

- Driving is essential.
- Excellent sense of humour and an outgoing personality.
- Flexibility to cover shifts and adapt to changing health needs.
- Successful applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and will be subject to a DBS check and clearance which will be paid for by the employer.
