This is an incredibly exciting time to join us as we prepare to open Wendover Manor, our brand-new, purpose-built and wellness-led care home in Wendover.
We’re looking for a Care Relations Manager to help introduce Wendover Manor to the community, build strong local and professional relationships, and support our first residents and families from initial enquiry through to admission.
About the Role
Choosing a care home can be a big and emotional decision. You’ll be the person who makes that journey feel easier. From the first phone call or viewing through to moving day, you’ll build genuine relationships with prospective residents and families, making sure they feel informed, reassured and supported throughout.
You’ll also play an important role in growing Wendover Manor - building relationships with local healthcare professionals, hospitals, community organisations and other stakeholders, developing referral pathways and ensuring our new home becomes a trusted part of the local community.
You’ll work closely with our management team, directors, and our marketing team to support events, campaigns and community engagement.
Starting salary of £40,000 per annum, plus a competitive performance-related bonus scheme with the opportunity to significantly increase your overall earnings.
WHO WE’R LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a natural relationship-builder. Someone warm, confident and compassionate, but also proactive and commercially aware.
You’ll ideally have experience within care home sales, admissions, care relations, business development or a similar relationship-focused role, with the confidence to manage enquiries, conduct viewings, build professional networks and represent Salveo Care in the community.
You’ll be organised, comfortable using CRM systems and understand the importance of following up and nurturing relationships. Most importantly, you’ll have the emotional intelligence to support families sensitively while never losing sight of the importance of occupancy.
