The Role
As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in leading our team to deliver outstanding care that reflects our core values of Wellness, Compassion, Trust and Belonging. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring the home runs smoothly and safely. This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same – you’ll oversee care planning and clinical outcomes, mentor your team, liaise with families and professionals, and create an environment where residents truly feel at home.
