About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Technical Solutions Consultant to join a growing commercial team. This role acts as a key link between client needs and product capabilities, supporting the sales process from early-stage discussions through to deal support. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product/Engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions, run product demonstrations, and address technical queries. This is a commercial, client-facing pre‑sales role – not a software development or IT position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales in delivering tailored product demos to a variety of stakeholders (clients, internal teams, and end users)
- Align product presentations with clinical trial workflows, terminology, and compliance standards
- Assist in preparing solution proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation
- Respond to technical and product-related queries in a clear and timely manner
- Gather and structure client feedback to support product improvements
- Collaborate with Marketing on technical messaging (e.g. content, webinars, materials)
- Stay up to date with developments in healthtech, AI, and relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR, GCP)
- Act as a bridge between clients, commercial teams, and product/engineering
- Support cross-functional initiatives in a fast‑paced startup environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a pre‑sales role (e.g. Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant) within SaaS, cloud, or regulated tech environments
- Experience supporting sales processes and delivering product demos
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including business and IT teams
- Understanding of data‑driven environments and agile methodologies
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- Experience working in a startup or fast‑paced environment is a plus
- Knowledge of clinical trials, healthcare, or compliance frameworks is advantageous
- Interest or exposure to AI/ML technologies is beneficial
What’s on Offer
- Full‑time, permanent contract
- 28 days annual leave (including statutory holidays)
- Hybrid working model (London‑based)
- Visa sponsorship available
- Pension and sick pay
- Professional development and growth opportunities
- Collaborative and supportive team culture
- Opportunity to make a real impact in a high‑growth industry
We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and welcome applicants of all backgrounds and identities.
