About the Opportunity

Our client, a rapidly growing HR Technology company, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support their continued expansion across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving commercial growth across a range of sectors, including Technology and Financial Services. This position is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building lasting client relationships, and contributing directly to the growth of an innovative international organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development activities across the EMEA market
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to contract completion
  • Build and maintain relationships with founders, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition professionals, and senior business decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver solution presentations, and lead commercial discussions
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client success
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on market expansion and revenue growth

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in either Dutch or German, with strong English communication skills
  • Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or similar commercial role with ownership of the full sales cycle
  • Experience working with clients across the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Strong prospecting, networking, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers
  • Commercially focused, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities
