About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in the travel industry to drive B2B acquisition and account growth across the local market. This is a field-heavy commercial role focused on building relationships, expanding agency networks and positioning a global travel platform to regional partners. This position requires someone who thrives on the road, enjoys meeting clients daily and understands the dynamics of local travel agencies and outbound travel products.

What you will do

  • Develop and grow the local B2B travel agency network.
  • Drive brand visibility, product positioning, and market penetration within your assigned region.
  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new B2B partners.
  • Conduct regular field visits, meeting 5-6 agencies per day to build strong relationships.
  • Manage an existing client portfolio: training, support, engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Generate new sales leads and follow up on quotes and inquiries.
  • Promote outbound travel products and relevant travel services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support pre-sales and partner onboarding needs.
  • Maintain structured reporting and insights on market activity and partner performance.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in the travel industry (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management.
  • Strong knowledge of local travel trade and outbound destinations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English + local language.
  • Solid MS Office and digital communication skills.
  • Valid driving licence (required).
  • Willing and able to do extensive field travel (approx. 80%).

Benefits

  • A market-facing commercial role with strong autonomy.
  • Long-term opportunity within a global B2B travel platform.
