This is a permanent, full-time vacancy that will close in 11 days at 23:59 BST.

Location: The role is based in our Sunderland Donation Centre and will support our Durham and Consett Donation Centres when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Retail Area Collector you will be primarily responsible for the collection and delivery of goods to private houses.
  • You will assess donated goods for quality and assist in the shop when you are not required to drive.
  • This role involves extensive manual handling.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • A full and current driving licence.
  • A passion for charity retailing.
  • Knowledge of the local area.
  • Adaptability and the ability to think on your feet.
