Location: The role is based in our Sunderland Donation Centre and will support our Durham and Consett Donation Centres when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- As a Retail Area Collector you will be primarily responsible for the collection and delivery of goods to private houses.
- You will assess donated goods for quality and assist in the shop when you are not required to drive.
- This role involves extensive manual handling.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- A full and current driving licence.
- A passion for charity retailing.
- Knowledge of the local area.
- Adaptability and the ability to think on your feet.
