As the Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the shops you are assigned to. Customer service is our priority, from dealing with donors and customers to making sure the shop is welcoming and inviting. In addition to this you will be expected to ensure that the donations are prepared and sorted ready for the shop floor. This role will involve a significant amount of manual handling. In addition to a number of paid employees, you must be able to recruit and maintain a bank of volunteers.
