The Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead and develop our network of charity shops across the South Coast, Kent to Dorset. You will inspire teams, drive change and deliver strong customer service while upholding SATCoL values.
On completion of a 12-week induction, you will oversee 24 shops, travel extensively, and benefit from a company car and a competitive benefits package designed to support colleagues and the communities we serve.
