About the Role

As the Assistant Manager you will support the manager in the day‑to‑day running of all areas of the business. This includes receiving donations, organising collections from private houses and other locations, processing and delivering goods to local shops, selling on premises or redistributing, and offering a repair and reuse service to the community.

You will be a hands‑on team member, responding to customer, head office and team queries. You will take responsibility for opening and closing the centre and be actively involved in recruitment and training of volunteers and staff.
