We are looking for an enthusiastic part‑time Fleet Co‑ordinator to support the Fleet Manager in managing SATCoL’s fleet of cars and commercial vehicles up to 3.5t, with a possibility of HGV in the future. Vehicles are used in all areas of the business so maintaining close working relationships with all divisions is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day fleet operations and coordinate vehicle usage.
  • Support the Fleet Manager with scheduling, maintenance and compliance.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure vehicles are available for business needs.
  • Work two days per week for a 16‑hour contracted role (Thursday or Saturday, days to be agreed).
