You will lead day-to-day operations, motivate volunteers and paid colleagues, recruit partners, and ensure outstanding donor and customer service in a large-scale shop and donation site.
You will build links with local businesses and Salvation Army Corps, manage intake, sorting, and upcycling tasks, and deliver a high-quality service to the community.
