The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.
Do you want to work for the UK’s leading textile, recycling and clothing collection company, that passionately cares about its colleagues, stakeholders and the planet, whilst offering some amazing benefits such as a virtual GP service, fantastic pension scheme and a starting holiday entitlement of 26 days plus bank holidays? Due to the expansion of the numbers of our collection points, we are looking for a friendly, self‑motivated and reliable Driver to collect from clothing banks in the specified area on a daily basis.
You will be required to collect donations of clothing from our clothing banks and bring them back to a designated storage site, situated in your location. In addition, you may also be required to deliver donated clothing to our retail charity shops. This is a role which, through its nature, will include an above average amount of manual handling but that also gives the driver a degree of autonomy and the ability to manage their daily working hours and earn a good amount of overtime.
If you have:
- A full and current driving licence
- Manual handling experience (not essential)
- An ability to physically lift and carry large amounts of donated clothing
- The ability to work in challenging conditions
- Knowledge of the local area
